As Head of Finance and Administration, Georgia supported Sensys from pre-revenue to $25M in revenue, as well as during $24M in VC fundraising. As smart transportation is a rapidly developing industry, financial events were sometimes unpredictable. However, we successfully managed the company’s crucial cash flow during times of financial instability.

Resonant Technologies is a Bay Area science and technology investment accelerator committed to solving problems in health, energy, agriculture and the environment. Needing support during the initial stages of establishing the accelerator, Resonant Technologies approached us. We stepped in to set up the accounting systems and protocols , while managing cash flow and budgeting.

Bilingual Birdies provides a platform for pre-K students to learn different languages through music and other fun activities. BACFOs continues to provide the company with ongoing On-Demand CFO services, supporting cash management, budgeting and financial review. When CO-VID hit, Bilingual Birdies had to make a quick pivot to an online business model. We were able to ensure they maintained an adequate cash runway throughout the transition and help them with scenario modeling as they shifted to online.

Lithos Energy is a Bay Area-based tech company that produces lithium ion battery packs which incorporate the latest battery technology. BACFOs worked with Lithos in an advisory capacity initially, but later assumed the role of On-Demand CFO on an ongoing basis. We continue to provide Lithos with these services including cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.

Deltaway Energy International is a U.S.-based company that deploys expert personnel to waste-to-energy and biomass power plants around the world. We oversaw the accounting and cash management for Deltaway and its European operating entity.

Freed Associates is a California-based consulting firm composed of a team of healthcare experts. BACFOs provides the company with a range of services in the capacity of ongoing part-time Finance Director support. In this role, we handle cash flow management and budgeting, oversee the accounting function, provide direct support to the CFO and manage two staff members.

Currnt a Palo Alto-based startup that provides a networking platform that connects curated groups of professionals and companies for accelerated innovation and marketing using AI.
